User story #14943: Move rudder-pkg to rudder repo
Bug #15634: Rudder-pkg can not find itself the path to licenses on the rudder repo
Enhance rudder-pkg to allow user to install plugin from repo
Description
the command rudder-pkg should let the user install a given plugin easily from the repo. This is not possible at the moment.
It should be able to check for compatibility with the current rudder server, check the shasum of the files, their authenticity and let the user choose easily the version he wants to install.
