An archive restoration can lead to missing techniques and disabled techniques/directive if you added new techniques in your archive.

This can be ok, if the automatic technique update batch runs before you restore the archive but if you trigger a manual update you are ok.

So we need to fix the underlying bug, but changing the documentation should prevent most issues

Alors, I update the documentation so it is using correct pages (Administration > Archives is now Utilities > Archives)
