It happens when changing a category ID (ie rename its directory).
The exact error messsage is:
cause:Can not move 'techniqueCategoryId=fileSecurity,techniqueCategoryId=fileConfiguration,techniqueCategoryId=Active Techniques,ou=Rudder,cn=rudder-configuration' to new parent 'techniqueCategoryId=fileConfiguration,techniqueCategoryId=Active Techniques,ou=Rudder,cn=rudder-configuration': object class 'techniqueCategory' requires attribute 'techniqueCategoryId'
