Description
In 5.0.13 I created a techniques via the technique editor, it saved well but the technique was not visible in the directive webpage but was in the technique tree.
It seems that the technique was "placed" at the root hierarchy of the technique tree, as if it was a category. Moving it in the technique tree to a subcategory solved the problem but there is most likely no way for a non-expert user to understand how and why the technique was missing.

It doesn't happen anymore in 6.1 (and we changed some logic around that, so perhaps it's what corrected it). 5.0 is EOL, so I'm closing the ticket.
