When creating a new directive, the last version of the technique is not chosen

Description

With the technique "file content", when I click "create new with last version", I don't get the last version but the previous one (2.2 in place of 2.3).

I try to reproduce on Debian 10 and 5.0.19, but it automatically takes the latest version, so it seems to be fixed.
