Description

- The local setup and the vagrant's box setup are not clear : we confuse the two
- use https for git clone
- use mv instead of cp and move the folder, not its content: `mv rudder-techniques/techniques /var/rudder/configuration-repository/`
- `rootdn>>-"cn=Manager,cn=rudder-configuration"` whitespaces
 add Elm to the requirements (req for `mvn clean install`) https://github.com/elm/compiler/blob/master/installers/linux/README.md
