It looks like the reporting is not working when the only active section is the one using regex replacement.
Also, I had several target sections enabled.

It may be a syslog problem, because it was the last applied directive, and perhaps there was a bug in the user deployed syslog conf. Need to be reproduced

I failed to reproduce it
We need more details to have a relevant wait to reproduce (use of usage, several directives, etc)
