User story #20663: Add available software updates in inventory
Epoch is not included in rpm package version in inventory

Description
Inventory should include epoch in rpm packages version if epoch is different than 0
Currently we don't include it and it creates inconsistencies between how a rpm system (or tools based on system standard, like OVAL, Vuls, ...) see that package and how we store that data
