Dear jaya krishna ,
This is the second ticket you open today that is totally non actionnable and miss even basic information or context that could bring a constructive answer. This site is not a consultancy one, or even a free support one: if you need help explaining your problem, rudder-the-company could provide a paid offer for that. On the other hand, we would love to be able to help you, like any user of rudder.
I see now three main paths going foward:
- 1/ you can learn how to ask smart questions, do your part of the homework like reading doc, logs etc, and learning how to interact with an open source software forum (or any forum actually). The internet is full of resources on these topics, you can start with what is the netiquette (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etiquette_in_technology#Netiquette) and how to ask smart questions (http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html)
- 2/ you can contact rudder-the-company sale people to get a quote on consultancy to help you with your rudder installation (https://www.rudder.io/contact/)
- 3/ in last ressort, we will need to close/erase your tickets, or even your account if you keep posting non actionnable issues.
