Saving technique in editor fails because of rudderc error but the technique is correctly generated by old fashion

When creating a technique from editor, we get an error message on save:
Webapp logs says:

So, the technique is correctly created, but not with rudderc.
In that case, we need to not display an error message in the UI, only in webapp log. We will make it more intrusive in next minor.
