Description
The "The server cannot be contacted at this time" error is most of the time irrelevant, we should find a way to output something more informative

In that state, this is not a bug, but a user story (and so, I change the status accordingly).
If you could explain more precisely when the message occurred, what was the reason and what could have been a better message (or even just "in that case, I got "server no available", I wasn't accurate"), then please a new bug report.

We almost don't have that error, and it's easier to correct it on a case by case basis.
