Behaviours of opening and closing methods are heterogeneous

Description
There is some behaviours that vary for opening and closing a generic method in the techniqe editor, according to if it is a block or inside a block etc
For exemple:
- the icon on the left doesn't change when the mouse is hover for blocks
- the shadow is not triggered when a method is in a block and the icon doesn't change
- we should be able to close the method by clicking were there is empty space
