Description

As a followup to #2067 and #2074 (export and import configuration rules to /var/rudder/configuration-repository/ git repo by clicking a button in the Administration screen), we also want to update the exported XML file in the git repository whenever we change a configuration rule.

I'm a bit late, so typos has already been corrected by later commits (like two %s in rudder-core/src/main/scala/com/normation/rudder/repository/xml/ItemArchiveManagerImpl.scala)
