Description
Since old centos 8 builder is not working anymore, we need to build on our new centos 8 builder but this fails since rsync dependency is not in SPECS/dependencies of this package and therefore is not installed with our new generic builder
I analyzed the build of this OS and could not find where it uses rsync. This dependency was removed in 7.0, we should remove it too in previous version
