/var/rudder/modified-files is missing on nodes: it's a bit more complex than that... the promises are correct on /opt/rudder, but not on /var/rudder; so the deployed promises are not up to date, hence no repository

The problem was just that the rudder policy templates was not up to date.
The PT have to be updated by the administrator in charge of Rudder and it is likely that documentation on this process is lacking.
