Description

A long time ago, we copied our own version of Perl to managed servers from the Rudder root server. This is now no longer necessary, as rudder-agent packages include Perl, but the huge directory is still in git (~70 MB), causing clones to be slow and sources archives to be huge...

It needs to be removed.
