Use npm to maintain jqueryui

Description
We don't want to use jqueryui anymore, so we need to find a new library for datepickers that is more easily maintainable without dependencies

We cannot remove jqueryui as long as we are using it to display datepickers.
To keep this library up to date, we need to use npm
