Description
I'm testing the manual deployment configuration of Rudder, where a list of modifications to be deployed shuold appear at the top right of the screen.
I just changed several PTs, that are in use (including system/common), reloaded the PT library, but the widget still says "There are no modification pending ".
Event that must be on that list too:
- clear cache
- change Policy Server authorized networks
- Restore an archive (full, policy, groups, configuration rules)

As of commit ad6fddd8, all events but archive restoration ones are correctly reported in the modification list.
