The date on Rudder's internal commits is messed up.
I got a ton of internal commits (archives, PI creations ...) with a date of :
Thu Jan 1 00:00:00 1970 +0000
Either Rudder is much more powerful that a 2.21GigOwatt powered DeLorean, or it is a bug !

That one is interesting. It seems that we can't use "<" in email, that completly mess-up git output, even if the content of the commit is ok, git just does not read the good part of the data because it used "<" as field separator. But nothing prevent us to use it, nor it is escaped - beautiful binary format.
