Inconsistent display of mouse hover labels in dashboard

Description

On the web dashboard, when hovering the mouse over circular graphs, explanatory labels appear.

However when removing the mouse cursor from the graph, the labels either disappear os stay, some may disappear and some may stay, this seems to be somewhat random and inconsistent.

This is only cosmetic and has no impact on product usability.

Seen using (chrome engine based) Vivaldi 6.0.2979.25 (Stable channel) stable (64 bits) browser in Linux.
