PT copy file from server: add a post-hook section to be able to reload a service after copying it's config file

We have a post-hook section in several other PTs, it should be in this one too!

What is "PT copy file from server" ??? I see "Download a file", "Download a file from a shared folder", "Enforce a file content", but nothing like this.

You may start with copyGitFile
- Status changed from Discussion to 8

I'm doing it on CopyGitFile
