When adding a directive to a rule, it doesn't show up in the list

Description
From the rules editor, if a rule applies no directive, and the a directive is added to the rule, the list of directives still show empty.
This persists even after the directive has been “saved” and seems to display correctly only once having shifted to another part of Rudder on the left pane (i.e. directives), then back to rules.
