Description
Try to create a directive from the "Windows Software" technique and you will understand the struggle.
This could be resolve in a lot of different ways.
Currently, a rework of the "description" and "documentation" fields of techniques is being done. After that, we could for instance limit the default size of the documentation to be sure that the creation button will always be displayed without scrolling.
