It would be great to have another tab in the detailed view of a Rule, that has a list of attributes about the CR, including:
UUID- Creation date
- Creator
- Last modification date
- Last modifier
Status (enabled/disabled)
This is enough for a first step. In the future, we could consider adding more complex info like a list of all modifications, or possibility to "rollback" to a previous config.

Not sure I can manage some time to handle that one, but it shouldn't be hardcore Rudder devel... Perhaps someone (i.e AAN) could take it on charge ?
