Description

Since properties has a key role in Rudder, like using data that came from outside to use in Technique and Directive, I find useful to have a way to find out if a property is used somewhere in Rudder. For the moment, property can be used in user Technique and Directive. As first step, have an API that can return a list of Directive ID will be great
