Description
In previous versions of Rudder 8.1 (probably up to 8.1.6), the rudder package install command proposed completion of arguments from the filesystem.
But since the autocompletion have been rewritten, when having the command rudder package install -f I can no longer complete with my local `./rudder-plugin-etc.rpkg` file.
