Add padding to trees to prevent the last element from being hidden when a link is hovered

Description
When hovering a link, a tooltip appears at the bottom left of the screen, showing the URL of the link. This tooltip hides the last item in a list, but this can easily be avoided by adding a margin at the foot of the list.
