Description

Since #25820 we added a message followed by a + button to add a search criterion to a group : Add a first criterion to define your group
But the exact same component also ends up in the "Node search" page, and we now need to click on the + each time to add a criterion, it is an additional effort of 1 click (and the button is small)

We should have a default criterion by default only in this page, like before

I'm not sure about that. The fact that there was an existing line created infinite puzzlement from users, who were not sure about the workflow. That used to be even more confusing when the first criterion was used to do a first search : people expects to come to a search page with a blank search result.

So it's not just about adding the criterion, it's about the whole workflow. Here at least the workflow is clear: first, there is nothing, then I click on the only action button available and colored, then I select my query, then I click search. It can be enhanced, but as a whole and holistic check (what do we want on group, what do we want on search, etc).
