Description
The option to “download” a resource in technique editor's resource manager does not work :
- In Firefox, it does absolutely nothing
- In Vivaldi (Chromium engine) it proposes to save the file with a name that defaults to "ncf_techniques” (and not the resource's) filename, but the download ultimately fails with Vivaldi reporting a “network error”
