Description
- Since #26327 license are always empty if there are no specified number of nodes, showing a "No license found" callout despite having plugins with license.
- Also, license expiration message is not very informative ("Plugin license error require your attention", it should include the clear error, an expired license should have its expiration date specified in the message)
