Description

I modify the HTML on the page to be able to display actions button (i.e remove hidden parameter in the div)
All buttons are accessible, but the clone button does create a draft technique, we cannot save it but I'm pretty sure that we don't want that to happen even if nothing armful can be really done

Since it's only client side, we can only help with UX. If you change the UX with advenced HTML skills ( :) ), we can't prevent anything here but the consistency and security of backend data.
