Error when saving cloned technique after removing resource

Description

- Clone a technique that contains a resource ;
- Go to resources management, delete the resource file ;
- Make changes to the technique (the cloned version doesn't use the resource)
- Save the technique

Produces message (see screenshot) :

Error when saving technique: SystemError: Error when moving resource file from workspace to final destination; cause was: java.nio.file.DirectoryNotEmptyException: /var/rudder/configuration-repository/techniques/ncf_techniques/mandos_servers_checks/1.0/resources

I could not reproduce as is by cloning techniques.
But I ended up having the same error with #26912, which looks more critical than this one
