When clicking on the % of compliance in the Rule detail screen, the line on which we click disapear

Description
When we want to see the details of the % of compliance for the details of the rule (like on a directive, of component, or component value), clicking on the % shows the popup, but closes or open the line, which is disturbing
It's due to the JS that have an event on the whole line (including the link to the popup)
