The term "policy" is incorrectly used in event log view for Rule change and the Directive link is broken

See this event log:
The term "Policies changed" should be "Directives changed" and in the New value field "Policy(<UUID>)" should be Directive... but I think this should be displayed differently, as a link.

Changes:
- If the directive does not exist, there is no link to it and we display the directive's id
- If the directive exists, we display the directive name
Note: The deleted directive has been added to the rule before his deletion.
