The popup with the PI list on the CR page doesn't allow for more than 10 PIs

Description

When we apply more than 10 PIs to a given CR, the popup on the Configuration Management page giving the list of PIs applied to a CR don't show more than 10 PIs.
We should be able to either scroll or have pagination

Well, that does what is expected. But leaving the method name as it is when it doesn't do what it says is akward....
