The texts are :
"Deleting this Directive will also remove it as a part of the following Rules which depend on it."
"Disabling this Directive will affect the following Rules."

It should read
"xxxxing this Directive/Group will have an impact on the following Rules which apply it."

Actually, for deletion, the text will be :
"Deleting this Directive will also remove it from the following Rules"
