Architecture #3087: Create a library that contains best-practices bundles and bodies
Implement bundles for generating reports and body for defining classes
Description
As part of the harmonization of the Technique language, we need to have
- bundle that writes reports based on status, uuid, human message, and component,
- bundle that automatically generate reports based on class prefix and class definition
- body that automatically define classes based on a prefix and class outcome
