On archive page, clicking on activated buttons does nothing

Description

After activating buttons on Archive page (with selecting a tag from the drop down list), clicking on those buttons do nothing (they look not disabled, but they act like)

It happens after the update of Jquery, but I was not able to see what can produce that behavior,

I found a workaround to keep the button working (and be able to disable/enable it)
