Remove '%install' from comments in rudder-agent.spec files since rpmbuild parser consider it as instructions
Description
Since #2542, a bug has been introduce by a the fact that rpmbuilder has an evil parser which consider that instructions in comments should be interpreted.
rudder-agent.spec file contains %install in its comments and rpmbuilder complains about several %install in the file. We have to remove them from comments.
