Technique 'Download a file from a shared folder': Be able to exclude files from a folder copy

Description
This Technique permit us to copy the whole directory but has a limitation: Exclusion of files.
As most of tools which permits to do actions on whome directory, we should be able to exclude specified files from the copy of a directory.

This ticket should be in Technical Review (as it's sub ticket), not Functional Review but it seems that this state does not exist for User Story.
