Architecture #2519: Upgrade CFEngine to 3.4.x

Description
In order to fix bugs in CFEngine 3.4.x, we should use 3.4.4 instead of 3.4.2 while we have not released Rudder 2.6.
This ticket is related to #2519 which have added CFEngine 3.4.x
