Description

In merging code from the 2.3 branch, we lost one line of the change from #3534 in rudder-packages/rudder-webapp/SPECS/rudder-webapp.spec:

cp %{_sourcedir}/source/rudder/rudder-web/src/main/resources/apache2-sysconfig %{buildroot}/etc/sysconfig/rudder-apache

My hasty fix for this last night actually used the wrong path (I just copied from 2.3, but it changed). Fixing again now.
