The postrm script of Rudder-agent removes too much files

Description
As of now, the postrm script (added in #3634) of Rudder does remove /opt/rudder and /var/rudder, which is not what we want if we are on a Rudder server. Moreover, we should keep a copy of the uuid.hive somewhere.
