This PR introduces the use of ```displayPriority="low"``` in a ```SECTION``` declaration in ```metadata.xml```. However, this is not supported AFAIK in Rudder 2.4.*. If you read the original ticket that introduced this Technique version, you'll see that this is explained in comment 1: http://www.rudder-project.org/redmine/issues/3793#note-1.
