Description
The inventory Techniques fail to insert the CFEngine public key with a recent enough fusion inventory, as the key have already been inserted as part of the Fusion-bundled Rudder data gathering, making CFEngine think the insertion is unnecessary.
Using a insert_type => "preserve_block" to solve the problem.
