Compliance shows error instead of repaired

Description

Sometimes in the rules compliance details you see something like:

Compliance: RED: 10%

And then if you look in the details is states 90% is REPAIRED.

Proposal: change the compliance to YELLOW: 10% if repaired is the higest calculated compliance.

That's a very interesting one, since we want compliance to be one of the major bonus when using Rudder.

You have discussed it with Jon and Nicolas yet, and they are still thinking how to better represent compliance!

Do you have any more ideas of what could make compliance better ?

This is a duplicate of #4557.

This ticket has been addressed by #5297. I'm closing this report because it has now been fixed - don't pay attention to the "Rejected" state, this is just because there is no code attached, so I can't include it as a change :)
