Description
It seems that the conditions we use to detect AIX systems on rudder-agent are not met everytime, leading to the use of init.d script and non-existent binaries, impairing the package functionnalities.

I noticed that we often use uname -s to detect the OS, we should check if it equals "AIX" really everywhere.

It seems a lot of this massive *storm was due to a broken build machine, not a SPEC file mistake: a broken old rppmacros file was parasiting the build... Closing the relevant bugs as the machine has been fixed !
