Description
Hi,
With rudder 2.11.0.alpha..git201405250406 on CentOS 6.5, I've got an error message
on the login screen. (see screen shot )
Best Regards,

rudder-webapp-2.11.0.alpha1.git201405250406-1.EL.6.noarch
In the webapp log file :
[2014-06-02 08:16:38] INFO net.liftweb.http.LiftRules - Snippet Failure: SnippetFailure(/secure/index.html -> ParsePath(List(secure, index),html,true,false),Full(comet),Comet Component not found)

Hello Christophe!
Hm, This kind or error rarely comes alone, do you see anything suspect in the webapp log file prior to the comet error?
Do you mind copypasting the whole log?
Thanks in advance :)

LDAP link is down but it isn't used for auth, isn't?
Maybe the webapp should not start when the ldap link is down.

If Rudder can't contact the ldap server, it can't work so you cannot login.
It's right that the webapp should not start when the ldap link is down, but this is an existing bug : #2883
So I'm closing this one as a duplicate.
- Is duplicate of User story #2883: Rudder webapps should be able to start even if no LDAP server is available added
