allowlegacyconnects is not defined on rudder server, which means legacy agents are allowed
From documentation
"List of hosts from which the server accepts connections that are not using the latest protocol.
Absence of this attribute means that connections from all hosts are accepted."
This is a reminder to add it to later server versions, when agents will all be migrated
