Do you have SELinux enabled? If so, can you try again after disabling SELinux with setenforce 0
. The Rudder SELinux policy in 3.1.0 is not complete and may be the cause of this problem.

Hi Alexis, there is no selinux enabled.
Can you share link to good technique creation ReadMe/documentation from Rudder..

Can you run the following command on your server:
/var/rudder/configuration-repository/ncf/ncf-hooks.d/post.write_technique.rudderify.sh /var/rudder/configuration-repository/ncf execute_script
